We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare assessments, configure approved workflows, maintain service quality, and protect the reliability of our systems.
Data sharing
We do not sell visitor data. We only share information with service providers when needed to deliver the website, AI features, hosting, security, scheduling, or agreed client work.
AI interactions
Questions sent to the AI agent may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or regulated information through the public chat.
Retention and requests
Assessment submissions are stored in the configured Helio lead database only as long as useful for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, and basic operations. You can request correction or deletion by contacting us.
VoiceAgenda data boundary
VoiceAgenda V1 does not require an account and does not use a developer-hosted VoiceAgenda content server, third-party speech service, or third-party LLM service. Recordings, transcripts, notes, and action candidates remain local in the app workflow. Exports and confirmed Calendar or Reminder items are handled by the Apple destinations selected by you. The website and App Store measurement surfaces are separate from app content and do not imply app-side tracking, cross-device VoiceAgenda sync, secure deletion from device storage, or that device backups are impossible.
PlantCare app data
PlantCare keeps your garden records, saved pruning decisions, and follow-ups on your device. The optional Pro online identification feature requires Sign in with Apple and your approval before each upload. When you use it, the selected plant photos are sent through our Cloudflare service to Pl@ntNet for identification. We do not store those photos in the PlantCare service; Pl@ntNet processes them under its own privacy terms. Results are suggestions that you must confirm before using a species-specific guide. The service keeps an account identifier, verified purchase entitlement, and daily request counts to provide access and prevent abuse. You can delete the online identification account in PlantCare settings. Device records are not deleted by that server action; remove them in the app or on your device. Apple may process purchase and sign-in data under its own terms.
